As an organic wellness hotel, AROSEA sees nutrition as an essential part of holistic wellbeing.
What is served on the plate follows the same principles as the architecture, the spa and the living concept: clarity, quality and consistency.

  • ingredients from South Tyrol and Ultimo Valley
  • natural plant oils and selected fats

Particular value is placed on organic baked goods, including products from the Ultner Brot organic bakery in Ultimo Valley, as well as on a balanced approach to fats and seasoning. Salt, herbs and oils are used with purpose: restrained, precise and well balanced in flavour. The result is a cuisine that nourishes without weighing down.

The Lifestyle Restaurant at AROSEA brings cuisine, architecture and atmosphere together in one harmonious whole.

The modern, light-filled dining room opens up views of Lake Zoccolo and the surrounding mountains. Large glass surfaces create a close connection to nature and allow indoor and outdoor space to flow into one another.

This open setting is complemented by historic farmhouse parlours from the 17th century, carefully integrated and newly interpreted. They give the restaurant calm, depth and a strong regional identity.
